Our Talent Scholarships
The Detroit Dance Foundation is dedicated to ensuring aspiring dancers access quality training and opportunities.
Our dance scholarship program aims to break down financial barriers by awarding tuition scholarships to talented individuals for the 2024-2025 Fall Season at Detroit Dance Center®. We believe that every young person deserves the chance to explore their passion for dance and unleash their artistic potential.
Dancers must:

Be at least 8 by September 1, 2024

Have completed at least 1 year of dance training

Ariana Orr
Meet Ariana, a dynamic and passionate dancer whose journey with Detroit Dance Center® began at its grand opening in 2021. With over seven years of rigorous training in ballet, jazz, hip hop, acro, and tap, Ariana has honed her skills to near perfection. Her dedication and talent were recognized on a grand stage when she was selected as a Protegé at the prestigious KAR Dance Convention in Novi, Michigan, in October 2023. Ariana will take her talents to Anaheim, CA, this summer, joining an elite group of Protegé winners nationwide for an unparalleled training experience.
